BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The owner of this website provides users with this document in order to comply with the obligations established by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all website users about the terms of use of this site.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ESTABLISHMENT CONDITIONS

  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Parties are not allowed in the Houses.
  • The guest must leave the property at the end of their long-term stay in a reasonably clean condition, with clean sheets and towels, no rubbish, and clean kitchenware in its proper place. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of €300 will be charged.
  • Garbage must be placed in the containers located at the beginning of the access road from the main road.
  • Tenants will be responsible for any damage or defects caused in the Houses, common areas, or surroundings.
  • Pets are not allowed. Please inquire.
  • The property is not responsible for loss, personal damage or injury, nor for failures in electricity, water, internet, or POS systems.

SEASONS

  • Each house is available for a minimum stay of 32 nights.
  • A seasonal rental contract will be signed (art. 3 LAU).
  • Electricity costs are not included in the price. The total amount of the bill issued by the energy supplier must be paid.
  • Deposit based on length of stay.
  • Additional guarantee to cover maintenance and furnishings.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND PROCESS

During the reservation process, the system will request the necessary information to formalize the reservation, including check-in and check-out dates and the personal details of the applicant, in accordance with current legislation.

The applicant is responsible for entering the information correctly and verifying the dates and accommodation details. Before submitting the request, personal and contact information must be entered into a form, and the payment method for the deposit selected.

To confirm the reservation, a 30% advance of the total stay must be paid. The applicant has 48 hours to make this payment. This advance is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to check-in. The remaining balance will be paid at the accommodation in cash or by card. If there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

PRICE

The price will be determined based on the length of stay.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank Transfer: The applicant has 2 days from the reservation date to make the deposit payment. The reservation will not be definitively confirmed until the amount is received. A copy of the transfer may be sent by email to expedite the process. If payment is not made within the indicated period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 70% refund if canceled more than 15 days in advance.
  • 30% refund if canceled between 15 and 5 days before arrival.
  • 10% refund if canceled within 5 days prior to arrival.
  • 30% is paid at booking and the remaining 70% 15 days before arrival. Payment can be made in cash, by transfer, or by card (Visa or Mastercard).

PRIVACY POLICY

Las Casas de El Pueyo C.B. is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with the following information:

  • Purpose: maintain a commercial relationship and send communications about our products and services.
  • Retention criteria: data will be kept as long as there is mutual interest; afterward, they will be securely deleted to ensure anonymity or complete destruction.
  • Data sharing: will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

USER RIGHTS

  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Access, rectify, transfer, or delete their data.
  • Limit or object to processing.
  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if they believe it does not comply with current regulations.

CLIENT PROHIBITIONS

Clients are prohibited from:

  • a) Bringing in furniture or works without written authorization from the owner.
  • b) Exceeding the maximum number of occupants established.
  • c) Subletting or using the property for purposes other than those contracted.
  • d) Introducing explosive or flammable substances.
  • e) Performing activities that harm coexistence, hygiene, public order, or disturb rest.
  • f) Bringing animals without express permission, except guide dogs.
  • g) Using devices that alter normal water or energy consumption.

Non-compliance allows the owners to terminate the contract and request eviction.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions will be governed by Spanish law, especially the Urban Leases Law and the Civil Code. For any litigation, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Huesca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
